How we look after your details

Draft for review by the owners of Meadow Books. Not final.

What we collect

When you join our list we keep your email address, the time you signed up, and which form you used. That’s all. We don’t record your location, your device or anything else about you.

Why

So we can email you about Meadow Books’ opening, news and offers. We won’t share or sell your address to anyone else.

Where it is held

Your address is stored in our own database, hosted by Supabase in Australia, and in the service we use to send emails, hosted in the United States.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Use it any time and we’ll stop writing to you.

Seeing or correcting your details

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email us at hello@meadowbooks.co.nz and we’ll reply within 20 working days.
